Agreement to Terms
By engaging Geminex Technologies for any services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Project Engagement
- A deposit is required before any project work begins.
- Payment milestones will be agreed upon in the project proposal.
- Final deliverables are released only after full payment is received.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made within the agreed-upon timelines. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other mutually agreed methods.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables are transferred to the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Geminex Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Palanpur, Gujarat, India.
